A multi-phased project that included moisture conditioned soils capped with select fill for over new retail and restaurant spaces and excavation for a 60,000sf, approximately 20’ deep underground parking garage with a water pressure injected subgrade. There was also an above ground 50,000sf parking garage and around 300,000sf of hotel, retail and restaurant pads that received varying depths of moisture conditioning, select fill and flex base. All together, we hauled off around 100,000cy of dirt, provided 150,000cy of moisture conditioned soils and imported 30,000cy of select fill, 10,000 tons of flex base and 5,000 tons of drainage rock.
