Stephen Holbrook has worked with Holbrook since the summer of his sophomore year of high school when the company was founded in 2000. Over the years, he's worked in all aspects of the business all the way from working a shovel to running equipment, performing survey and engineering work, heavy equipment mechanic work, project management, Director of Operations to Chief Operations Officer and was promoted President in 2020.Along with being a diehard Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers and Texas Longhorns fan, Stephen is an avid soccer fan and supporter of Wolverhampton Wanderers and Celtic FC.
