This new middle school in a rapidly developing area is receiving varying depths of moisture conditioned soil capped with select fill and recycled flex base. There will be over 150,000cy of moisture conditioning, 110,000cy of excavation, 65,000cy of haul off, 25,000cy of select fill, 10,000 tons of flex base and 800 tons of lime stabilization.
