Multi-phased project requiring close coordination with the General Contractor and all trades involved due to very tight working area at an active campus to ensure the safety of the students and faculty while completing the project on schedule. This project included around 95,000sf of paving demolition, 15,000cy of haul off, 20,000cy of moisture conditioning, 4,000cy of select fill, 3,000 tons of 57 stone, 1,000 tons of recycled concrete flex base and lime stabilization
