Excavation for an approximately 25’ deep, 130,000sf underground parking garage with an office building overtop of it.

Demolition of over 100,000sf of existing pavement and excavation for a new 400,000sf structure and 400,000sf of new paving. Approximately 150,000cy of moisture conditioning, 30,000cy of imported select fill and 15,000 tons of recycled flex base.

This project had over 10,000cy of haul off, nearly 200,000cy of moisture conditioned soil and over 40,000 tons of recycled flex base.

Over a ten acre site, this project included approximately 30,000cy of excavation, 50,000cy of moisture conditioned soil, 25,000cy of imported select fill, 10,000 tons of recycled flex base and 10,000cy of common fill as well as over 30,000sy of lime stabilization.

This site located at Holford Park in Garland added multiple new pools, building and sport courts.

we provided over 11’ of select fill beneath the new 115,000sf building, 50,000cy of excavation and 10,000cy of haul off as well as lime stabilization for the new pavement subgrade.

There were four different slabs to prep with 8’ of moisture conditioned soils capped with 3.5’ of select fill and 6” of recycled flex base for this project.

This current project, located on the John Peter Smith Hospital campus, required demolition of approximately 20,000sf of existing pavement followed by excavation for a new parking garage.
